Cancellations

A) General cancellation policy

If cancellations are made less than 2 days from the planned date of arrival, the entire sum will be charged to your credit card or will be invoiced. 

B) Special conditions for online reservation    
    cancellations and for the following periods:

    Easter Week    (01.04.10-04.04.10)     High Season     (01.07.10-31.08.10) 

Cancellations made 30 days in advance, will give rise to a charge of 10% of the total reservation.

Cancellations made between 29 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged to your credit card or invoiced at 30% of the booking made.

Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged to your credit
card or invoiced at 50% of the booking made.

Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance of the planned arrival date will result in the entire
sum being invoiced or charged to your credit card.

C) Packages

We will retain 30% of the total price of the minimum package.

Animals

Animals are not allowed in the hotel or its rooms.

Smokers / Non-smokers

We have rooms for smokers. Please ask at reception when you reserve.

Please do not smoke in non-smoking areas. Thank you.

Privacy policy

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that any personal details
you supply to us through the www.hotellosangelesdenia.com web site will be treated as confidential and will be incorporated
in a file owned by Sellesmar S.L. / Hotel Los Angeles - Ctra Las Marinas Km. 4 - 03700 DENIA (Alicante). Your personal details
will be used only for provision of the service offered through the portal, as well as for sending information requested by users
and future messages about activities and offers carried out by the hotel that may be of interest to you.
Furthermore, we inform you that you can exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition pursuant to the
provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection by sending a letter, together with a photocopy
of your Identity Card to the hotel address.

The user will be solely liable for any
